Tenants
All properties are available on a Assured Shorthold Agreement for a minimum of six months, longer periods can be agreed by seperate negotiation.
- All applicants must be over 18 years of age.
- All applicants will be required to produce identification before a tenancy is completed.
- We require photographic ID (Passport or Driving licence) together with a recent utility bill.
- Rent is payable monthly and in advance.
- A standing order will be prepared for you or if you prefer you can set it up electronically.
- Viewings can also be arranged out of hours to suit you with prior notice.
- One months deposit is usually required.
